They are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Perun Veles.
Perun Veles does not control or manage the operations of any moving company in its network. Each vendor operates under its own licensing, insurance, pricing, contracts, scheduling, policies, and service standards.
Any agreement for moving services is strictly between you and the vendor you choose to hire.

Vendor Selection Responsibility
Perun Veles aims to connect users with reputable moving companies; however, customers are responsible for evaluating and selecting the company they wish to hire.
Before hiring a moving company, customers should independently review licensing credentials, insurance coverage, contract terms, pricing, service policies, cancellation policies, and customer reviews.
The decision to hire any vendor is entirely the customer's choice.

No Guarantee of Vendor Performance
Perun Veles does not guarantee the performance, conduct, pricing, availability, or service quality of any vendor.
Any services provided are performed solely by independent third-party companies.
Perun Veles does not warrant or guarantee pricing accuracy, scheduling availability, service quality, claims handling, delivery timelines, or business practices of vendors.

Consent to Share Information
By submitting a request on Perunveles.com, you authorize Perun Veles to share the information you provide with moving companies in our network so they may contact you regarding quotes or service offers.
Information that may be shared includes name, phone number, email address, move location and destination, move date, inventory information, and service requests.
Vendors may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your request.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perun Veles shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, disputes, or issues arising from services provided by third-party vendors.
This includes, but is not limited to service disputes, property damage, delays, overcharges, contract disagreements, vendor misconduct, and service quality issues.
Any disputes regarding moving services must be addressed directly with the vendor that performed the services.
If Perun Veles is ever found liable for a claim related to use of the platform, total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount paid directly to Perun Veles, whichever is greater.

Release of Claims
By using Perunveles.com, you agree to release and hold harmless Perun Veles and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from services provided by vendors, communications with vendors, contracts entered into with vendors, and actions or omissions of vendors.

Providing inaccurate information may result in incorrect quotes or vendor communications.
Perun Veles is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by users.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Perun Veles and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, disputes between you and any vendor, inaccurate information submitted by you, or violation of these terms.

Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
